FAQ'S

Question: How much is shipping?

Answer: For an accurate shipping cost to your location, please provide me with your postal or zip code before purchasing an item. Most items will ship within 1-3 days.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Question: What is your return & refund policy?

Answer: The buyer has 3 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be packaged properly in order to withstand shipping conditions. 


Refunds 
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item(s). 
If the item is found to be without defect and in its original state, your return will be approved and I will initiate an immediate refund to your original method of payment. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Question: Do you do custom work?

Answer: I do!  I've created many pieces for customers throughout Canada and the U.S. If you're looking for a custom piece of art, table, bench or tray, I'm happy to create it!  Contact me today to discuss your very own piece.

.Question: Are your pieces leveled?

Answer: For pipe tables, most of the feet are wider than their tops to help aid in their stability. Meaning, they won't sit flush against a wall. Each pipe table and hairpin bench is leveled to the best of my ability before leaving the studio.  However, no piece will be 100% leveled within every environment. If there's a slight wobble (and it's possible there may be), don't fret! Felt pads are provided with each piece to help with leveling. Most pieces won't need anything as thick as a felt pad, they'll simply do with a tiny scrap of paper or anything else that can be found around the house.
